Hello! I am Shruti, a NY-based UX/UI designer with over 7 years of industry experience.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Fortune 500 companies like Walmart (Sam’s Club) & JP Morgan Chase, as well as other well-known organizations such as Chubb Insurance & WGU.

Research
I’ve led end-to-end studies, run moderated and unmoderated user tests,
built Maze survey tests, conducted A/B testing, gathered early feedback on wireframes, prioritized features, and presented insights to stakeholders.

UX
I’m a UX designer improving complex workflows and making every interaction smoother. I map customer journeys, design user flows, and enhance overall experiences.

UI
I improve layouts, flows, and visuals to create engaging website or mobile experiences. I redesign menus, tabs, and icons, run A/B tests, and make sure every interactive element is accessible.
